As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Tracee:

After 23 years in retail sales, service management, training and buying, I decided it was time for a career change, and I joined John L. Scott’s Renton office in 2004. I have been at the Renton office ever since, serving clients in areas including Renton, Newcastle, Bellevue, Maple Valley, Kent and Seattle. East Renton and Briar Hills (within Renton) are my focus neighborhood areas, and I often work on resale properties and with first-time home buyers.

On the listing side, I stage every property I list, at no cost to the seller. I also have a 35-point comprehensive and proven "Plan of Action" to sell your home quickly and for top dollar. On the Buyer side, I have a 23-point plan to find the perfect home as soon as possible. I set up specific search criteria for each client, and targeted properties are emailed as soon as they come on the market. When a property piques your interest, I’ll be ready – I have extremely flexible showing ability. I’m also highly trained and experienced in multiple offer situations, with a great record of winning!

Regardless of whether you choose to buy or sell a home with me, I strive to create a new relationship throughout the process, built upon mutual trust and respect. I truly listen to my clients and strive to provide the highest level of service with the utmost integrity. Clear and frequent communication, along with attention to detail are "hallmarks” of my approach, along with a thirst for knowledge so I can maintain my competitive edge in real estate.

I am a lover and advocate of children and have done extensive volunteer work both at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Vision House in Renton. I also volunteer with various projects and events at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Renton. Other interests of mine include the outdoors, photography, my dogs, cooking, and spending time with friends and family, especially my grandchildren!

Renton

Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Renton, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
